The executive management team at Excell Communications has over 70 years of wireless construction, development, real estate and maintenance experience. They proudly bring this expertise to each and every client ensuring quality work and the highest standard of customer service.

R. Steve White, President/Principal
Steve White has over 30 years of experience working in the construction industry.  He was employed for 17 years in the nuclear power industry. He specialized in electrical field engineering and testing with 6 years of this tenure within the nuclear division of Bechtel.  In 1996, Steve transitioned to the wireless division of Bechtel as a Senior Construction Engineer and worked on the Sprint PCS build out project in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  After this project, he joined SBA as a Construction Project Manager for BellSouth Mobility’s PCS build out in Alabama and Northwest Florida.  With the  knowledge and experience gained through his years in both wireless and construction, Steve left to form his own company.  In 1998, he started Excell Communications as a general contractor to provide services and construction throughout the Southeast.

Patricia A. Tant, Sr. Vice President, Marketing & Customer Relations
Pat Tant is an eleven-year veteran in the wireless industry. This tenure has been within the tower sector serving private tower companies, both regionally and nationally. She recently held the position of Vice President of National Sales and Marketing with AAT Communications. Her responsibilities included leadership for the company’s sales and marketing operations and was instrumental in expanding corporate customer relationships and played a key role in the national branding of the largest private tower company. In 2004, she founded SWAP – the State Wireless Association Program – and worked with PCIA to make this a national program. She currently serves on the SWAP National Executive Committee and will continue to be involved and support the State Wireless endeavor to make a difference                                              in the wireless community. Pat joined Excell Communications in                                              2007 and is responsible for public relations, marketing,                                              customer relationships, along with growth and expansion of the                                              organization.

Daniel J. Seidel, Vice President, Site Development Services
Dan Seidel began his wireless career in 1995 as a site acquisition agent with SBA.  He later was promoted to Project Director for the Sprint PCS build out in Alabama.  Dan’s abilities within the industry quickly afforded him the opportunity to become the Real Estate Manager for BellSouth Mobility and was the Project Manager for the Alabama and Northwest Florida PCS build out.  In 1999, he was promoted to Senior Implementation Manager and assumed the responsibility of real estate and construction.  His experience and tenure in the industry, along with a superb understanding of site development processes, has led Excell in becoming the premier service provider throughout the Southeast.  Dan joined Excell Communications in 2000 and is responsible for all professional services and development related activities for the company.

Mike Clark, Vice President, Construction Services
Mike Clark has worked in the construction industry since 1994.  He spent several years in the nuclear industry as a Mechanical Field Engineer with Bechtel.  In 1996, Mike transitioned to the wireless division of Bechtel as a Construction Manager and worked on the Sprint PCS build outs in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Detroit, Michigan.  He joined SBA as a Construction Manager with SBA in 1998 for the Cleveland, Ohio market.  His construction career continued as he later joined American Tower/Specialty Constructors as a Construction Manager on build outs from Ft. Lauderdale to Atlanta and Oklahoma City.  Mike joined Excell Communications in 1999 and his responsibilities include all construction and maintenance services for the organization.

Michael A. Sandifer, Vice President of Operations
Michael Sandifer began his wireless career in 1994 with GTE Mobilenet in Atlanta, Georgia building the company’s Real Estate Management System and providing centralized support for regional site acquisition activities. In 1996, he transferred with GTE to their North Ohio region to manage the site development activities.  He was then promoted in 1997 to Property Manager for GTE Wireless’ MidSouth Region in Nashville, Tennessee.  When GTE Wireless became Verizon Wireless, Michael was also given the duties of Implementation Manager.  This included all regional responsibilities for real estate, cell site design, equipment, construction, as well as managing the departmental budget for the region.  Michael joined Excell Communications in 2002 and has served as Sr. Project Manager overseeing corporate projects and managing client accounts.  He was promoted in 2006 to Vice President of Operations and in addition to maintaining certain client relations, he is also                                              responsible for financing and all daily operations of the                                              organization.
