Paul R. Estes – President/CEO

Paul Estes serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Excell Communications. Prior to purchasing Excell in August, 2008, Mr. Estes was the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the day-to-day operations of AAT Communications Corp. In that capacity, Mr. Estes played a key role in a string of acquisitions that increased the company's owned-tower portfolio nearly nine-fold, and was instrumental to AAT's closing of approximately $180 million of equity capital in November 2003. In addition, Mr. Estes served as Vice President, Operations, for Charter Communications, Inc. Mr. Estes joined Charter in 1994, and held multiple positions with the company, including Operations Analyst and Budget Coordinator; Director, Financial Administration; Assistant to the President; and Vice President, Financial Controls. Prior to Charter, Mr. Estes was an internal auditor for Americoal Services, Inc., in Fairview Heights, Illinois. Before then, he served as an operational analyst for Cencom Cable Associates,Inc., in St. Louis, Missouri. He has more than 15 years' experience in domestic and international financial auditing. Mr. Estes received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Southeast Missouri State University.

Michael A. Sandifer – Vice President, Operations

Michael Sandifer began his wireless career in 1994 with GTE Mobilenet in Atlanta, Georgia building the company's Real Estate Management System and providing centralized support for regional site acquisition activities. In 1996, he transferred with GTE to their North Ohio region to manage the site development activities. He was then promoted in 1997 to Property Manager for GTE Wireless' MidSouth Region in Nashville, Tennessee. When GTE Wireless became Verizon Wireless, Michael was also given the duties of Implementation Manager. This included all regional responsibilities for real estate, cell site design, equipment, construction, as well as managing the departmental budget for the region. Michael joined Excell Communications in 2002 and has served as Sr. Project Manager overseeing corporate projects and managing client accounts. He was promoted in 2006 to Vice President of Operations and in addition to maintaining certain client relations, he is also responsible for financing and all daily operations of the organization.

Daniel J. Seidel – Senior Vice President Business Development & Site Development Services Division

Dan Seidel began his wireless career in 1995 as a site acquisition agent with SBA. He later was promoted to Project Director for the Sprint PCS build out in Alabama. Dan's abilities within the industry quickly afforded him the opportunity to become the Real Estate Manager for BellSouth Mobility and was the Project Manager for the Alabama and Northwest Florida PCS build out. In 1999, he was promoted to Senior Implementation Manager and assumed the responsibility of real estate and construction. His experience and tenure in the industry, along with a superb understanding of site development processes, has led Excell in becoming a premier service provider. Dan joined Excell Communications in 2000 and is responsible for all professional services and development related activities for the company.

J. D. Harris – Vice President, Construction Services

J. D. Harris has over seventeen years experience as a wireless carrier. His broad knowledge and expertise includes RF and performance engineering, operations, multiple build out and launch projects, including UMTS networks. He most recently served as Manager of Operations for AT&T Mobility in Alabama and has been with this organization since 1991 through all of the transitions of BellSouth Mobility to Cingular to AT&T. As a carrier managing both construction and maintenance vendors, his experience is key in leading this division with an understanding of our client's needs. J. D. joined Excell in October, 2008 and is responsible for all construction, maintenance, and construction project management services for the company.
