Excell’s Disaster Recovery Program has a proven track record of delivering results under difficult and critical conditions. Our program utilizes a proven system for rapid and timely results when our clients need us the most.

During the restoration efforts following Hurricane Katrina, Excell utilized our construction services, along with construction project management, to help multiple clients restore their networks. We were deployed to perform numerous tasks including shelter swaps, providing fuel and water, as well as housing and catering services. Our crews worked as self-contained teams dedicated to our specific clients.
