Site Acquisition / Collocation Specialists - St. Louis, MO

We have immediate openings in our St. Louis, Missouri office for experienced telecommunications site acquisition specialists to perform all aspects of the site acquisition process. This is a non-management position, and the ideal candidate has a minimum of two years experience performing site acquisition for telecommunications companies. We are seeking individuals with experience in identifying, leasing and zoning wireless facilities. People with local real estate and zoning experience are encouraged to apply. Special consideration will be given to those with real estate licensure and experience.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

Bachelor’s Degree (experience may supplant some of the educational requirements on a case by case basis)
Field Reconnaissance
Lease Negotiations of Real Estate
Transactions Negotiations
Attendance at Client Meetings
Experience with Collocation Application Management
Lease Reviews and Due Diligence
Understanding of Tower Company Processes
Some Travel
Ability to Successfully Manage Multiple Projects and Clients
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Effective Written and Oral Communications Skills
